Credit Application Privacy Policy
Easy Way Auto gathers information from you when you provide such information using credit/lease application. This information includes your name, address, employment information, email address, Social Security number, income and financial information.
Use of Information
Easy Way auto may disclose the information you submit via the Credit Application with (a) the lenders from which you have specified interest in receiving financing, or (b) to comply with any applicable law or regulation requiring such disclosure , or any subpoena or court or other governmental order that Easy Way Auto determines in its discretion to be valid.
Easy Way auto takes reasonable steps that are design to safeguard the the information you submit. We store and encrypt your information in such a way that our employees at the dealerships can view it after proper authentication.
Revisions
This policy applies to each instance in which you submit information via the Credit Application. The terms of this policy that apply to one submission of information will not carry over to any other instance in which you may submit information, but in those other instances, the terms of this policy as it reads at the time will apply. Accordingly, Easy Way Auto reserves the right to periodically revise this policy in its sole discretion.
